2. Damaged Products: In cases where the product is delivered damaged (such as leakage, breakage, or missing items), we will offer a refund or exchange after a thorough verification process.

Refund Policy:

1. Post-Delivery Damages: B4BRAIN is not responsible for damages occurring post-delivery.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement: For claims related to missing items, damage, or incorrect products, customers must provide an unboxing video with the original packaging as proof.
3. Tampered Packages: If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance from the delivery partner immediately.
4. Non-received Orders: If an order is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer care within 3 days. Refunds or investigations will not be conducted after this period.
5. Cash on Delivery Refunds: These will be processed to the bank account or cards provided by the customer while ordering, typically within 4-7 working days.
6. Return Refusals: Returns of opened products are not accepted.
7. Refund Timeline: Accepted refunds may take up to 15 days from the date of acceptance to be credited.
8. Refund Process Details: We will provide all necessary details, including screenshots and transaction IDs, once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Pre-dispatch Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse or withing 12 hours of ordering whichever is earlier
